Is Ninery part of a large company?

Nope. We were founded by one mum and we're a small team, running a small business. That means that by ordering through us you're supporting not one, but two small businesses and sometimes a charity too as many of our brands devote some profits to a cause.

How does Ninery work?

It's super simple - we're a marketplace which brings together lots of amazing brands in the maternity, breastfeeding and womenswear market. Your order is processed via and then sent onto and fulfilled by the beautiful brand you've ordered from. Having all these brands under one roof means you don't have to spend precious time trawling the internet to discover them.

Where is my order?

If your order has not arrived please contact the brand you ordered from using the Contact Brand button on their brand page. You can find this by visiting the Brands section and selecting the name of the brand your item is by.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Each brand has its own delivery terms on the brand page or the individual item. It's important to remember that you are lovely and you have ordered an item from a small business. This means it might be made to order so can take longer than when ordering from a 'fast fashion' site. Each brand page or item should display its delivery terms - some items on Ninery are personalised items and will need to be created to order and some are handmade with love and care here in the UK and can take up to 10 days. Please check the delivery terms and if you require an item quickly, you can use the Contact Brand button on the brand page to see if this is possible.

How do I return an item?

Should you need to return an item please contact the brand you purchased from directly using the Contact Brand button on the brand's page. Once your item has been received back safely, Ninery will issue a refund.

Who should I contact about my order if I have a query?

Ninery does not hold any stock and does not send your order. So, for a smooth process when making contact please contact the brand you have ordered from directly by going to the brand's individual page and clicking Contact Brand.If you are not sure which brand your item is from, simply search for the item using the search facility on the site and underneath the title it will say, for example, By Bax & Bay.
